Sales Operations Coordinator

Even though the company is 4 years old and profitable, the company environment is still that of a startup; meaning it's fast-paced and results driven. The company is expanding very quickly, and we need an individual who can help ensure quality through the entire sales cycle from initial intro/demo meeting, application, underwriting, training, client launch, continued relationship management. There's tremendous opportunity to grow and gain experience beyond what most companies can offer. This job is not for someone looking for a simple paycheck, the team has great camaraderie with the goal to disrupt an industry and gain massive market share. This is not a hard sales position, it's a business dev/sales operations, logistics role that can help our team and grow into a bigger role. Here is a set of various possible responsibilities. To begin it will be more supportive, but as you learn you will be expected to lead some of these aspects.

• Design and work with developers to build out new technologies
• Help move customers along the sales cycle from initial demo to launching and

continued touch points

• Manage our outbound marketing efforts
• Manage our channel/referral partner relationships
• Potentially travel to conventions with the team
• Identifying new business opportunities within the company’s current markets and

developing strategies to expand sales and service presence.

• Identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement, then help build a response or update

to fix the issue

• Identify and develop key metrics and KPIs for the company that provide insight for

Work Location: Hybrid remote in LA, CA

You will be required to come in office 3-4 days/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
